Acro Yoga Jam

Ages: 18+

Integrating the playful, powerful, and technical influences of acrobatics, the healing qualities of Thai massage, with the philosophy and community of yoga.

The Acro Yoga Jam offered the first Friday of every month includes a class from 7pm-8pm, followed by a community session for all acro-yogi’s until midnight.
