Krav maga will build your body, mind, and soul. Designed to benefit people of all shapes, sizes, and physical abilities regardless of age. The system uses the same building blocks from the most simple defenses to the most advanced techniques. These include empty-handed defenses and disarms against bladed weapons, firearms, hand grenades, and even rocks.
