Are you tired of people telling you to “just climb more” to get better at climbing? While climbing can be seen as a skill, it can be broken down into many individual areas that one person can work on. The goal of this class is cover each of these areas that one can work on to improve both their climbing and overall fitness.
This class is perfect for beginner and intermediate climbers who want to get better at climbing in a systematic way and have not explored tools outside of “just climbing”. Tools we may cover in each lesson may include hang-boarding, weight lifting, training boards, and more.
