Our Fitness Room includes, resistance, cardio, plyometric and stability training equipment. Our Training Room includes an LED Moon Board and Tension Board, Campus Rungs and Hang Boards.

Core Burnout

One of the key components to training for climbing is developing a strong core. This quick but intense class will strengthen your body in a challenging and fun workout. Core strength can help prevent injury and make you a stronger climber.

Functional Strength Training

Functional strength training involves the coordinated efforts of multiple muscle groups to achieve specific movement patterns applied to athletic pursuits or activities of daily living. This class will focus on training around the foundational pillars of functional movement: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, plank, carry, crawl, and rotate. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, bodyweight and other forms of resistance will be used to achieve total body strength.

Metabolic Conditioning

This style of training aims to increase the body’s total energy storage and rate of energy delivery for any activity. All the body’s energy systems will be pushed to a high rate of work through various intervals, timed circuits, and little rest to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance.
