Sheridan invites students of all experience levels and abilities to join in a calming and invigorating flow. With a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles of yoga, she has worked with all different skill levels of students, from never-stepped-on-a-yoga-mat newbies to nearly-levitating-I’m-so-enlightened yogis. While enjoying the physical benefits yoga has offered her, Sheridan quickly realized the deeper benefits of yoga, mentally and emotionally, providing life lessons that she’s been able to apply off the mat. It is now her honor to be able to share some of what she’s learned with others! Her favorite quote sums up her personal approach: ‘Yoga is not about touching your toes.
