Youth Gymnastics and Urban Acrobatics are recurring weekly programs, featuring one class per week and a full Youth Membership for the duration of the class!

Beginner Classic Gymnastics

Ages 5-8

(recommended for ages 5–8, depending on experience)

Thursday 4:30pm

Saturdays 9:00am

This one hour class provides a true introduction to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Athletes will build strength, learn terminology, and develop skills at a comfortable pace—all while growing their confidence. The class is intentionally smaller and slower-paced to allow coaches to focus on the learning process and provide plenty of one-on-one attention.

Intermediate Classic Gymnastics

Ages 8 – 14

(recommended for ages 8–14, depending on experience)
Participants may complete a brief skill and strength check for eligibility.

Monday 4:00pm 

This 90 minute class is designed for gymnasts who have prior experience at our gym or another facility. To qualify, participants must be able to perform a well-formed cartwheel and handstand on the floor. The focus of this class is to build on existing skills, introduce more challenging techniques, and increase overall strength. With tougher skills, targeted conditioning, and a longer class duration, athletes will continue to progress confidently and safely.

Beginner Urban Acrobatics

Ages 5-9

This one hour class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of parkour, along with basic tumbling, balance, and power skills. Participants will build essential strength for tumbling, learn foundational parkour techniques, and explore a variety of jumps. They will also practice safe ways to perform tricks, proper landing techniques, and step-by-step methods for progressing their skills safely and confidently.

Intermediate Urban Acrobatics

Ages 10 – 14

Monday 5:45pm

This 90 minute class focuses on more advanced parkour and tumbling skills, giving athletes the opportunity to take on tougher obstacles, learn dynamic flips, and expand their movement abilities. Participants will be challenged to push their limits in a safe and supportive environment. A strong emphasis is placed on building strength and understanding how it contributes to progressing into more complex skills and higher-level movements.

Spring Floor Open Gym Sessions – NEW!

Youth (Ages 5–13)

Saturdays 11:30am

Youth Open Gym offers a supervised space for young athletes to practice their parkour, tumbling, and acrobatic skills at their own pace. Instructors are available to provide guidance, ensure safety, and help participants refine movements they’ve learned in class. This session is ideal for building confidence, exploring new skills, and gaining extra practice time in a supportive environment.
